EMEA channel leaders are focused on moving from COVID responses to long-term planning for the new hybrid workforce
We know what MSPs as well as partners are expecting in the year ahead. But what about the EMEA? What are the similarities and differences in their predictions for 2022?
Christine Horton, our London-based editor, asked European channel leaders to weigh in on what they see driving growth for channel partners in 202. What trends, challenges and opportunities do they anticipate?
Not too surprisingly, many responses involved the pandemic in one way or another. The dominant theme was that the channel will be concentrating on moving from a reactive to a proactive mode. Providing customers with the technology and capabilities they needed to continue operations during the COVID shutdowns is now in the past. In the coming year, focus will be on moving ahead with a new hybrid workforce.
